When you contact us, request an estimate, book an appointment or text us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address and the details of your request.
We use your information to answer your request, schedule and confirm your appointment, send you reminders, follow up on your estimate, ask for feedback after a job, and keep a record of our work for you. We do not sell your information.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we text you only about what you agreed to: your request, your appointments, our work for you, and, if you opted in to them, occasional offers. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a software platform and the telephone and email carriers it connects to in order to deliver calls, texts and emails on our behalf, and subcontractors who support that platform. They handle your information only to deliver our service to you and may not use it for their own purposes.
We keep your information in our own account on that platform, protected by passwords and access limited to our team.
